Hello my name is Shawn Jackson. My journey into the world of physical fitness began in 2004 and in 2013 I completed my personal training certificate (Canfitpro). My love for fitness inspired me to make a career out of motivating others to make physical fitness an integral part of their lifestyle. I take great pride in helping others improve their physical fitness and change their lives for the better.

My personal training encompasses a holistic approach where I work alongside my clients. My job as a personal trainer is to encourage clients to see past the current challenges they may be facing and focus on the positive impact that fitness can have on their lives. Everyone has to start somewhere and I want to begin that journey to wellness with you.

My fitness background extends beyond my professional training.  I have a genuine love for sports and I have always enjoyed being active. Throughout my youth and into adulthood  I have always been involved in individual sports such as running, biking and boxing as well as team sports such as baseball, basketball and soccer. In 2015 I found a new passion: obstacle course racing. In 2015 and 2017 respectively, I finished as a World Champion in these races. Physical fitness has been an integral part of my life from a young age and I am proud to say that I have made it a lifestyle.

As a personal trainer I am confident that I can help you to achieve your goals no matter how big or small. I will begin my training journey with you by completing one-on-one assessments in order to create an individualized program that will work best for YOU. I don’t believe in the one-size-fits-all approach. I will work with you to identify potential barriers that may impede your success and work with you to develop a program that will motivate and inspire you. All while keeping you accountable in order to ensure you reach your fitness goals. My programs are designed to not only increase physical fitness but to also improve posture, balance and flexibility. Biomechanics are key components to getting you into the best shape possible in the safest way possible.

Whether your fitness goals are to lose weight, improve your cardiovascular endurance, flexibility or to regulate health concerns I will create a personalized fitness program that is designed to help YOU reach YOUR goals.  It is my mission to see you succeed by creating an individualized program and working with you to achieve your goals in a private, safe and comfortable environment.

My whole perspective on life has changed completely for the good. Shawn and I been life long friends and he knew I was in a unhealthy situation from the way I was carrying myself (literally). Shawn took me under his wing and we began working with me and before I knew it, I lost 50lbs in 13 weeks. Between the meal and workout plan he has made for me. I started working with Shawn about a year ago, and there is only one word to describe my experience with him, mind-blowing. Over the course of the year I lost 80 pounds of weight and while increasing muscle mass and definition.


Shawn has been a huge motivational force and great trainer in helping me achieve my goals. He understands each client's needs and his knowledge of personal training allows him to taylor a program that highly effective. Having worked with others in the past and feeling like I was spinning my wheels, I find his approach very encouraging. I plan on training with him for a long time.
